Refund Policy

It is the responsibility of the client (sender) to create material to correct booked size, flightcheck for mechanical accuracy per publisher requirements, package, schedule and transmit electronic material denoting correct target publication to DigitalAds well within the publishers’ advertised deadline date and time. If material misses publication due to any of these requirements not being satisfied, DigitalAds will NOT be held responsible. No credit card or account customer refund will be provided back to the sender in any instance.
